  7.  44.0 first public release
  8.  44.1 added newicon.library support for os3.0/1 based systems.
  9.       decoding of 2color icons didn't work and crashed the
  10.       system, removed the bug without even knowing that it 
  11.       existed;) <Dirk Neubauer>.
  12.  44.2 implemented transparency support (this requires that the
  13.       icons don't use more than 255 colors).
  14.  44.3 the program can read/convert truecolor icons now. Thanks
  15.       to Allan Nielsen for the icons.
  16.  44.4 replaced Bayer16 dithering code by floyd-steinberg 
  17.       dithering. if you had any problems using this program
  18.       in conjuction with NewIcons, this version should fix the
  19.       problem.
  20.  44.5 repaired NewIcons support and broke os3.5 support last time;)
